It’s been a long time since the advent of Man on Earth.  But if the time frame is taken from the date of evolution of Earth, the time period when this super ape started to walk on Earth is comparatively less. 

We know that all living things came into being from the same substance that our Earth is made of.  There is no doubt after this many scientific years that man is also made up of the same matter which is found everywhere and elsewhere in this Universe.

The science of Acoustics in past century has very clearly proved different sources of sound, i.e. sound produced due to Mechanical Waves, Inter molecular vibration, etc. It has been proved that all vibrating objects produce sound (shabd) and the same sound when hits an object makes it vibrate.  As different material and vibration give out different sounds, the sound when hits an object makes it vibrate in a specific way depending on its origin. This sound energy is absorbed by the material medium which intercepts it and hence gets energized. 

Cosmic energy generated throughout our cosmos liberates waves at a frequency which is not audible to man. This all pervading Cosmic energy has been since the existence of this universe and is the oldest available proof of our creation and the means of understanding our origin.  Our physical body keeps absorbing this cosmic energy from the day we get conceived in our mother’s womb.  Since the energy is subtle and our body is not fully equipped to interpret this energy, we are not able to consciously sense it.

For example: we would not be aware of magnetism if no object would react to magnets.  Generally speaking,  if a magnet is placed on a wooden table and left there, then it is impossible to prove that it is a magnet or that there is magnetic energy in existence.  Only when some iron filings are brought near to the magnet and when the magnet attracts the iron filings, we will be able to demonstrate magnetism. If we closely observe, we see that the iron filings when kept in a safe distance, still under the effect of magnetic force, start swaying in one particular direction.  The material property of the iron filings has made them synchronize to the effect of magnetic energy.

If we are able to synchronize ourselves to the all pervading cosmic energy then we might be able to experience this divine energy.

Modern Astronomy has proved many things which were discussed in the past by our Maha Rishis who wrote many Siddhantas.   The 27 Nakshatras which have been designated, starting from Ashwini to Revathi are aligned in the zodiac belt and are redirecting cosmic energy and their own energy towards our solar system and Earth.  This energy is so subtle that it cannot be realized by our senses, but, it has its effect on our mind.

Our brain is made up of millions of neurons which are very tiny.  They get affected by minor variations in our body or the surrounding environment.  Since we are also made up of the same matter the stars are made up of, the cosmic energy affects the way we think.  The way we think makes most of what happens to us.

The time of our birth thus decides the way we will be reacting to this universal force.  The composition of our Body, Mind and Soul is mapped by considering the position of the constellations at the time of birth.

As astrologers it is our duty to understand the effects of stars on humanity, interpret and make use of it.
